By virtue of the present petition, a review of judgment dated 29.08.2024, passed in CWP No.10830 of 2023, is being sought, in the case at hand. 2. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings. 3. Admittedly, in the case at hand, judgment passed in CWP No.10830 of 2023, on 29.08.2024, was passed, by placing reliance on order dated 31.05.2023, passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, in CWP No.2108 of 2023, titled Bhagat Ram Vs. HRTC and Others. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? YES 2 4. In similar matters, which had been disposed of, on the basis of order dated 31.05.2023, passed by the Division Bench in CWP No.2108 of 2023, in Bhagat Ram’s case (supra), the State of HP had preferred appropriate appeals. In one such appeal i.e. LPA No.109 of 2024, titled State of HP and Anr. Vs. Roshan Lal Khajuria and Anr., decided on 22.05.2025, along with other connected matters, the appeal preferred by the State, was allowed, as it was noticed that the Division Bench in Bhagat Ram’s case (supra) on 30.08.2024, had recalled order dated 31.05.2023. 5. As a consequence of the aforesaid, judgment dated 29.08.2024, passed in CWP No.10830 of 2023, is recalled. CWP is restored. To be heard along with CWP No.2108 of 2023, Bhagat Ram’s case. 6.
