Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anubhav Chandra, learned counsel for the respondents. Petitioner is aggrieved by the freezing of his bank account. Prayer is made to direct the respondents to defreeze such account. Learned counsel for the respondent-bank has obtained instructions according to which a notice under Section 91/102 Cr.P.C. has been received from the concerned Investigating Officer according to which various amounts are credited in the account of the petitioner as a result of cyber crime. The instructions of the respondents are handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. Once the bank account has been frozen pursuant to orders passed under the Code of Criminal Procedure the remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the concerned Magistrate for necessary relief.
