2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was found in illegal transportation of 1 unit of river sand. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that, petitioner has no previous cases.
5. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the fact that huge quantity of the river sand has been transported by the petitioner and cause damage to river bed and ecology, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
