It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 23.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28783 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: Considering the facts of the case, huge quantity of contraband involved and taking note of the fact that the investigation is not concluded, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order. 3.
