The petitioner who is holding the post of Superintendent Engineer under the Public Works Department and his services were transferred from Durg to Raipur vide order dated 01.06.2022 and against said order, this petition has been preferred. 3. The interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner on 15.06.2022 which is still operating. 4. Mr. Rajkumar Gupta, learned Additional Advocate General would submit that transfer order was complied with by the petitioner and same is evident from certificate of handing over of charge dated 06.06.2022. 5. Considering the fact that the order of transfer order was complied with prior to passing of interim order, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. 6.
