Abdul Matin, son of Abdul Salam, (ii) Md. Abu Bakkar Siddik, son of Nur Mohammad and (iii) Anichur Rahman, daughter of Alal Uddin have prayed for their pre-arrest bail in Tezpur Police Station Case No. 714/2024 registered under Sections 61(2)/316(3)/303(2)/317(2)/ 317(5)/3(5) BNS, 2023. 3) On instruction of the petitioners, their counsel Ms. F Hussain is not pressing this pre- arrest bail application filed by the petitioners in Tezpur Police Station Case No. 714/2024, to which Mr. K K Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. 4) Accordingly, this pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner, being not pressed, stands dismissed.
