Thus, the petitioners seek relaxation for the condition imposed in para 7(d) “the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders” in Crl.O.P.No.23938 of 2025 dated 01.09.2025. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para 7(d) in Crl.O.P.No.23938 of 2025 dated 01.09.2025, “the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders” is relaxed.
