Case No.73/2022, registered for the offence under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He submits that the petitioner happened to be the agent of the finance company, namely, Bharat Finance Inclusion Limited and the amount of approximately Rs.45,000/- contained in Annexure-2 has already been deposited before Ram Kumar Mahato, who happened to be Branch Manager of the said finance company. He further submits that so far as other amount is concerned, one Pinky Devi, who has taken loan, has deposited the amount in the finance company. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of taking loan and not depositing the same in the account of the finance company is there. 4. Annexure-2 is the document, which prima facie suggests that certain amount has already been deposited and remaining amount has also been ( 2025:JHHC:23947 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 4448 of 2025 deposited by one Pinky Devi in the account of the finance company and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Khelari P.S. Case No.73/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Ajay/
