Heard Mr. Anand Mohan Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the writ petition. 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to release the outstanding payment of Rs.22,33,234 in favour of the petitioner for the work executed under Agreement No. 10/DL/2016-17, relating to the construction of the High-Level Bridge across the Baru River at K.M. 16/4 on Tongpal-Pushpal to Tumukpal Road; 10.3 That the Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to reimburse the amount of Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand Only) to the petitioner towards the structural drawing expenses incurred at the instance and direction of the respondents during execution of the said work; 3 10.4 That the Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the respondents to pay interest at the rate of 18% per annum on the above-mentioned amounts from the date they became due till the date of actual payment, in the interest of justice and equity; 10.5 That the Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the representation of the petitioner filed before the respondent authority vide Annexures P/6 and P/7. 10.6. That this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to grant any other relief/s in favour of the petitioner which may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 3. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn without any further liberty.
