The petitioners did not raise any objections at the relevant point of time. After a lapse of four months, the petitioners have now submitted representations seeking inclusion of their names in the panel. Once the seniority list has been published, such a request cannot be entertained. 4.In view of the above, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. Thus, the writ petitions lack merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
