Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already retired and have been paid by the respondents Rs.25,000/- as per the order dated September 24, 2008. Learned counsel for the petitioner produces a calculation sheet of the petitioner’s salary and wages and the same has been served upon the respondents to consider the same. Both the parties are directed to submit their law notes on the next date of hearing. Since it is an old matter, both the parties seeks for an adjournment, the matter shall appear in the Combined Monthly List of January, 2026. (Smita Das De, J.)
