The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner filed the present writ petition for not releasing the land compensation amount of Rs.6,88,728/- in favour of the petitioner which was deposited in the name of GALA & Joint Collector, YSR Kadapa District for his acquired land in Sy.No.366/2 an extent of Ac.0-61 cents of Peddanapadu Village, Yerraguntia Mandal, which was acquired vide Award No.22/2022—23 dated 17.01.2023 for the purpose of building four/six laning of newly proposed Bangalore-Mydukur (Kadapa)- Vijayawada Green Field Expressway in YSR Kadapa District. The present writ petition is filed questioning the non-payment of amount to the petitioner. 3. Though the petitioner made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court, without touching the merits of the case, to issue a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated
30.05.2025. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition furnished
4. written instructions submitted by the Competent Authority (LA) & Joint Collector, YSR Kadapa District. It is submitted that, the petitioner has not produced any documentary evidences i.e. registered documents as to how he got- droit or patent over the land in Sy.No.366/2, extent Ac.0-61 cents of Peddanapadu Village of Yerraguntia Mandal. Further, the petitioner has got right over the land in Sy.No.366, an extent of total Ac.3-00 cents only through
5 NV,J W.P.No.16020 of 2025 registered document No.(1)525/1997, extent Ac. 1-50 cents and (2) 3097/2009, extent Ac. 1-50 cents. Out of an extent of Ac.3-00 in Sy.No.366 of Peddanapadu village to an extent of Ac.2-92 cents in Sy.No.366/1B for Rs.41,75,168/- of compensation amount was already paid to the petitioner vide 2"'^ Additional Award No.04/2023 dated 30.06.2023. Now, the petitioner is entitled and eligible for balance extent of Ac.0-08 cents in Sy.No.366/2 of Peddanapadu Village. When the petitioner submits claim through the Tahsildar for land compensation to an extent of Ac.0-08 cents in Sy.No.366/2 of Peddanapadu Village, amount will be released for payment within a week days. However, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition agreed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2025, if any pending with the authorities

In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, I need not decide the truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court is conscious that no such direction be issued, in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in “The Government of India v. P.Venkatesh^”, wherein the Apex Court held that such orders may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, they do no service to the cause of justice. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 30.05.2025 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within two (02) months from today.
