The case of the prosecution is that based on the secret information, the respondent police went to the scene of occurrence and found that the petitioner had illegally transported 1/4 unit of river sand with the help of Tractor with Trailer. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent police, submitted that the petitioner had involved in illegal transportation of 1/4 unit of river sand.
