By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for review and recall of certain observations made by this Court in its order dated 03.09.2025 passed Page No.# 2/2 in WA/05/2023. We are, however, of the opinion that the prayer made is a prayer which would amount to review of the aforesaid order dated 03.09.2025. The Rules holding the field prescribe for filing a review petition and the same cannot be replaced by filing an interlocutory application.
