The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No.119 of 2025, for the offence registered under sections 316(4) and 318(4) of BNS, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be Head Customer Relationship Services in Singhania Future Private Limited and false allegation is made of syphoning the insurance amount of the vehicle against the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has already replied to the notice issued under section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that misappropriating the insurance amount of the vehicle is there. 5. Considering that the petitioner has received notice under section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023 and replied the same, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks, and the learned court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions as well as the sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
