The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by order dated 12.02.2025 with certain conditions and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. Page No.# 2/2 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Chhaygaon P.S. Case No. 307/2024 and has submitted that the statement of the petitioner under Section 180 of BNS has already been recorded. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to him by order dated 12.02.2025 by this Court is hereby made absolute with condition No. 2 attached to the said order remaining intact. 5.
