1. In CRR No.95/2019, the present revision has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:-
“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this Criminal Revision and quash/set-aside the order dated 05.01.2019 passed by Family Court Janjgir, District- Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) in Misc. Criminal Case No. 65/2018, in the interest of justice.”
2. In CRR No. 709/2019, the present revision has been filed by the applicants with the following prayer:-
“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this Criminal Revision and modify the
order dated 05.01.2019 passed by Family Court, Janjgir, District – Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) in Misc. Criminal Case No. 65/2018 and an order may also be passed to PREETI KUMARI Digitally signed by PREETI KUMARI Date: 2025.06.28 17:35:19 +0530
3 enhance the maintenance amount of the petitioners, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present revision has become infructuous.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the revisionist, the present revision is dismissed as infructuous.
