Case No.27 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 15(c), 18(b), 22, 25 and 27 of the NDPS Act, pending in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Latehar in NDPS Case No.10 of 2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is false allegation against the petitioner of cultivating poppy plants in the forest area. He submits that the land is not belonging to the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is not having criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 21 of this application. He also submits that the co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. Nos.5514 of 2024, 5886 of 2024, 6660 of 2024, 1680 of 2025, 1865 of 2025 and 2285 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of cultivation of poppy plants. 4. Considering that the co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.As. and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 21 and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Latehar in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No.27 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Ajay/
