By placing the copy of the order dated 01.04.2025 passed by the Commissioner, Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Assam, Mr. Page No.# 3/3 Ghosh, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1, 4 and 6 submits that the order of this Court dated 20.03.2024 passed in WP(C) No.1600/2024 has duly been complied with. This Court by an order dated 20.03.2024 disposed of the above referred writ petition, directing the respondent No.6, i.e. the Commissioner, Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Assam to verify the entire service records of the petitioner and thereafter, dispose of the representation dated 03.01.2024 filed by the petitioner. Having considered that the Commissioner, Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Assam vide order dated 01.04.2025 has disposed of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2024, this Court is of the view that the order of this Court has duly been complied with.
