In view of our order dated 16th July 2025, learned APP is producing the written instructions which are taken on record by marking as Exhibit “X”. The petitioner was seeking direction to complete investigation in respect of three offences i.e. Crime Nos. 519 of 2023, 635 of 2024 and 321 of 2025 registered with Pathardi Police Station. Now as per the written instructions, in respect of Crime No.519 of 2023, “A” final has been sent to learned Judicial Magistrate First Class and the further proceedings are before the learned Judicial Magistrate First 2025:BHC-AUG:20900-DB cwp-925.25 2 Class. Therefore, no directions can be given in respect of the same. 2. In respect of Crime No.635 of 2024, it is stated that the charge-sheet has been filed on 25th July 2025. Therefore, no necessity to issue any directions in respect of that offence also. 3. In respect of Crime No.321 of 2025 it is stated that the charge-sheet is ready and permission has been sought from the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Shevgaon and it is pending before the concerned authority for scrutiny. We hope that the concerned officer would complete the verification and give necessary directions to the investigating officer. 4. In view of the above position, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
