This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for impleadment of respondent/contemnor No. 5, namely, Shri Narayan Konwar, Secretary to the Government of Assam, Department of School Education, in the connected Cont.Cas(C) No. 283/2022. 3. Mr. Aman, learned counsel for the applicant submits that after retirement of the respondent/contemnor No. 1, Shri Narayan Konwar has assumed charge of Secretary to the Government of Assam, Department of School Education, and as such, there is a requirement of impleading him as respondent/contemnor No. 5 in Cont.Cas(C) No. 283/2022. 4. Having heard the submission of Mr. Aman, learned counsel for the applicant, I have carefully gone through the application and the documents placed on record. Page No.# 3/3 5. Considering the submission of Mr. Aman, learned counsel for the applicant, and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this Court is inclined to allow this interlocutory application. 6. Accordingly, Shri Narayan Konwar, Secretary to the Government of Assam, Department of School Education shall be impleaded as respondent/contemnor No. 5 in Cont.Cas(C) No. 283/2022. 7. It is provided that Mr. Aman, learned counsel for the applicant shall file amended cause title in Cont.Cas(C) No. 283/2022, within a period of one week from today. 8.
