With the consent of the parties, matter is heard finally. 2. This writ petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the 2 Constitution of India for quashment of impugned order dated 28/04/2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.3/Tehsildar and also seeking direction to respondent No.3 to issue/provide the documents of sale of land mentioned in the petitioner’s application Annexure P-4 within time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order/direction of this Court dated 29/03/2022 passed in W.P. (C) No.1455/2022, impugned order has been passed by respondent No.3 on an application filed by the petitioner for issuance of sale- certificate of his own Bhumi-swami Land. The petitioner is aggrieved inaction on the part of respondent No.3 in not issuing the certified copy (endorsing for sale) of revenue documents like B-I, Khasra P-II & Map for the land bearing Khasra no. 532/27 (rakba 0.0220 hectare/2340 Sq. Ft.), situated at Village- Mahasamund, Tehsil & District- Mahasamund (C.G.). The said land is a bhoomi-swami land of the petitioner. In this regard, petitioner has filed an application on 14.03.2022 before the concerned respondent-authority but till date same is pending for consideration. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that direction be issued to the petitioner to file the fresh representation/application before the concerned respondent-authority and in-turn respondent concerned shall decide the same as early as possible in accordance with law. 3 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 6. Considering facts of the case, submissions of counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at this stage permitting the petitioner to submit the fresh detailed representation/application alongwith all relevant documents/material before respondent No.3/Tahsildar and raising all grounds as raised before this Court within ‘15 days’ from today and in-turn respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the same preferably within an outer limit of ‘30 days’ from the date of receipt of copy of such representation in accordance with relevant rules/law/regulation.
