No.27, New Tata Line, 10 No. Basti, P.O. & P.S. Golmuri, District East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur. …... …. Petitioner(s) Versus The State of Jharkhand .…. …. Opp. Party -------- CORAM : HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH -------- For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Jitesh Kumar, Advocate For the State : Ms. Nehala Sharmin, Spl.P. P. -------- 02/ Dated 10.09.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Birsanagar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 305 & 331(4) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri Arvind Kumar-III, learned J.M., 1st class, Jamshedpur. During the intervening night of 15/16.03.2025, theft was committed in the house of the informant. Accused persons took away jewelries and other articles from there. It appears that one stolen gold jitiya was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned Spl.P.P. on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected, at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
