Khiyangte, the Chief Secretary, Govt. of Jharkhand, Project Building, Dhurwa, Ranchi. 3. Sri Niwasan, the Principal Secretary, Rural Works Department, Govt. of Jharkhand, Project Building, Dhurwa, Ranchi. .. Opp. Parties. ------ CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the petitioner(s) : Mr. Md. Jalisur Rahman, Advocate. For the Opp. Party(s): Mr. Kishore Kr. Singh, SC-V ------ 07/31.01.2025: The writ petition being WPS No. 1359 of 2019 was filed as the petitioners were denied their regularization. The said petition was disposed of with the batch of other writ petitions remitting the matter to the respondent to pass appropriate order. The respondents-opposite parties now passed order holding that the petitioners are not entitled for any relief as they do not have requisite qualifications. Since the order has been passed even if it is erroneous in view of the petitioners, this Court in contempt petition cannot decide the correctness of the said order. Thus, I find that no contempt is made out. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped. However, the petitioners are liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent authority, before appropriate forum. Anu/-Cp2. (ANANDA SEN, J. )
