Upon such order being passed, it shall be open to parties to avail remedies in accordance with law and that till such appropriate decision is taken, no coercive steps be taken against appellant. 2. Learned counsel for respondents on last date of hearing had stated that impugned order has since been complied with, appropriate order was passed 2 CC_2782_2025 and no coercive steps were taken in the interregnum. Thereafter, W.P. Nos.23681 of 2025 and 18800 of 2026 have been filed by parties. Learned counsel for petitioners had sought time to seek instructions. Today, there is a request for adjournment with no instructions forthcoming on the premise that arguing counsel is indisposed. 3. However, in view of specific and categorical assertion by learned counsel for respondents, we do not find any justification for continuation of present proceedings, which are accordingly closed with liberty to petitioners to file appropriate proceedings in this case in the event of any incorrect fact being brought before us.
