However, till date the appeal is kept pending for consideration. 5.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the appeal petition dated 15.10.2025 filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.with the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
