Heard the parties. The appellants have filed this criminal appeal against order dated 19.07.2024 passed in A.B.P. No.463 of 2024 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum- Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Koderma, whereby and wherein learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum- Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Koderma dismissed the anticipatory bail application of the appellants. The appellants are apprehending their arrest in connection with Koderma (S.C./ST) P.S. Case No.11 of 2024, for the offences under Sections 341/323/324/325/379/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 3(i)(b)(r)(s) of the SC/ST Act, pending in the court of Sri Ghulam Haidar, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum- Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Koderma. On 05.05.2024 at about 5:00 P.M., the appellant along with co- accused persons came to the house of the informant and started abusing him by his caste name. They also assaulted his family members. It appears that two of the injured persons had sustained simple injuries, while the informant had sustained grievous injuries. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the appellants. It was further
-2- submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. It was finally submitted that the appellants are ladies. Mr. Randhir Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts, appellants, named above, are
directed to surrender before the learned court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and the learned court below on their surrender, shall release them on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Ghulam Haidar, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum- Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Koderma or his successor, in connection with Koderma (S.C./ST) P.S. Case No.11 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
