The petitioner, namely, Shri Junmoni Hazarika, son of Shri Tapan Hazarika, resident of village-Pokamura Sonari Gaon, P.S.-Pulibor, District-Jorhat filed this application on 20.12.2024 under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for his pre-arrest bail in Jorhat Police Page No.# 2/2 Station Case No. 383/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 602/2024. 3. The Court on 22.01.2025 granted interim pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in said Jorhat Police Station Case No. 383/2024, which is in force till date. 4. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K K Parashar, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case has submitted charge-sheet in said Jorhat Police Station Case No. 383/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 92/2025 dated 28.02.2025. 5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate Court for his regular bail in said Jorhat Police Station Case No. 383/2024 on or before 09.05.2025. 6. Till then, i.e., 09.05.2025, the petitioner shall remain on interim pre-arrest bail granted to him earlier on 22.01.2025. No further time shall be granted to the petitioner for obtaining his regular bail. 7. Accordingly, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
