This application has been filed praying for correction of name of the Police Station appearing in the order dated 17.12.2024 passed in AB No. 3311/2024 by this Court. In the said order, the name of the police station has been mentioned as Barpeta P.S. Case No. Page No.# 2/2 65/2024 instead of Tarabari P.S. Case No. 65/2024. After hearing the learned counsel of both sides, the error stands corrected. Hence, the Barpeta P.S. Case No. 65/2024 appearing in the order dated 17.12.2024 passed in AB No. 3311/2024 shall be read as Tarabari P.S. Case No. 65/2024 instead of Barpeta P.S. Case No. 65/2024.
