For the State : Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, A.P.P. ------ 03/ 14.08.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2024, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the FIR has been lodged by the wife of the deceased. He submits that the deceased has taken some amount from one Poonam Singh @ Jhamki Ji and from the petitioner along with other persons also. He submits that the deceased was not able to return the taken amount. He submits that the said amount has been provided by the petitioner and others to the deceased to supply the building materials, however the said materials have not been supplied to the petitioner and when the amount was demanded, the deceased has committed suicide. He further submits that the similarly situated other co-accused has already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 3996 of 2025 by the co-ordinate bench. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that this is a case of suicide. [2025:JHHC:23900] -2- 5. In view of the above and considering that similarly situated other co-accused has already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 3996 of 2025 by the co-ordinate bench, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh, in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Amitesh/-
