Petitioner is serving as a Post Graduate Teacher (Political Science) at Government Senior Secondary School, Gulling, Tehsil and District Lahaul & Spiti. His case is that he has been posted at the aforesaid station, which is classified as a hard area, since May 2016 and has thus, completed more than nine years of service there. He submitted a representation to respondent No. 2 on 14.07.2025 (Annexure P-3) and a reminder on 26.07.2025 (Annexure P-4), seeking his transfer from the said station. -2- Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of two weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
