2. This application has been preferred by the petitioner for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 21.06.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 2620 of 2023.
3. Submission has been advanced by Mr. Sanjay Kr. Tiwari, learned S.C.-I that the 3rd MACP benefits have already been extended to the petitioner and consequently, the pension has also been revised.
4. In view of the said submission which is based on the show-cause filed by the opposite party no.2, I am not inclined to proceed further in this contempt application which accordingly, stands disposed of.
