The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 21.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.3108 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1353 of 2025, extended time for the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court by one week. However, the order copy was received by the petitioner only on 28.02.2025. Hence, he prayed for extension of time to surrender before the Trial Court. 3.
