The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 72/2023, registered under sections 279, 337, 338, 272, 273/34 of I.P.C. and section 47 (a) of Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of apprehended co- accused. He submits that liquor was loaded in Bolero vehicle. He submits that petitioner is neither owner of the said vehicle nor concerned with seized liquor. He submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 12 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that illegal liquor has been found in Bolero vehicle. 5. Considering that name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of apprehended co-accused and they have no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 12 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above ( 2025:JHHC:25811 ) named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Koderma, in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 72/2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
