The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the present case from the concerned authorities. Digitally signed by SMT NIRMALA RAO -2- B. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the notice / order dated 20.05.2019 (Annexure P-3), issued by the Respondent No.4, in the interest of justice. C. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case with cost.” 2. Learned counsel for the State would submit that a show-cause notice was issued to the petitioner to vacate the shed constructed at the place where the cycle stand is situated within the Tehsil premises. He would contend that the notice was issued on 20.5.2019, and an order of status-quo was also passed in favour of the petitioner. 3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is an advocate and has constructed a shed within the Tehsil premises, and same was being used as an office, therefore, a show-cause notice was issued by the concerned Tehsildar. The petitioner has already been granted sufficient time to shift his office at alternative accommodation. The petitioner would be at liberty to make a representation before the concerned Tehsildar. 4. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
