Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4th respondent at behest of the 5th respondent repeatedly calling the petitioners to the Police Station and interfering in civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent No.5. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the 5th respondent’s husband had filed a complaint against the petitioners and that the Police in order to conduct preliminary enquiry, called the petitioners to the Police Station. However, the 1st petitioner informs that she was suffering from ill health and did not attend the Police Station. However, she sent her husband i.e., the 2nd petitioner to the Police Station. It is also submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that after the preliminary enquiry, the Police have closed the grievance received from the husband of the 5th respondent, as civil in nature. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
