The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.04 of 2024 arising out of R.I.T. P.S. Case No.99 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 583 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 395 of the I.P.C. and charge has been framed under Sections 395, 398, 402, 412 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Saraikella. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No.2275 of 2024 by order dated 23.04.2024. On 11.09.2023, the Informant was waylaid by five persons near Railway Crossing, Lochapur. Accused persons looted his mobile phone and other articles from the Informant. Passerby revealed the name of the dacoits. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has been spelt out by a passerby whose identity has not been revealed in the FIR. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2023. It was also submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Saraikella, in connection with S.T. Case No.04 of 2024 arising out of R.I.T. P.S. Case No.99 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 583 of 2023. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
