The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 2 and 3 are not considering the representation dated 28.04.2025 made by the petitioner. 2. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 28.04.2025 (Ex.P.1) requesting the respondent authorities to issue a Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed in respect of Ac.0-37 cents in Sy.No.549-3 of Madanur Village, Kothapatnam Mandal, Prakasam District. However, the respondent authorities have not acted upon the said representation. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on oral instructions, would submit that the petitioner has to make an application under Form VIA as per Rules 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Lands and Pattadar Pass Book Rules, 1989 (for short “the Rules”) made under Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1977 (for short “the Act”) by annexing all the relevant document through online. If the petitioner makes such an 4. 3 application, the 3'"^ respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders. r In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will make an application under Form VIA as per the Rules. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, giving liberty to the petitioner to make an application through online under Form VIA as per Rules by annexing all the relevant documents. Thereafter, the learned 3'"' respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders strictly as per the law. No order as to costs. 5. 6.
