JUSTICE MITALI THAKURIA ORDER Date : 09.01.2025 Heard Mr. N. Islam, learned counsel for the applicant. This interlocutory application has been filed praying for correction of the Page No.# 2/3 typographical error in the order dated 26.11.2024, passed by this Court in Crl. Petn. No. 1424/2024. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that in the Crl. Pet. No. 1424/2024, the case number has been wrongly mentioned as PRC No. 282/2022 instead of PRC No. 282/2020 and accordingly, this Court vide order dated 26.11.2024, passed in the said Crl. Pet. No. 1424/2024, while directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court below on or before the next date of listing by suspending the execution of NBWA issued against the present petitioner, has mentioned the case number as PRC No. 282/2022. Accordingly, he prays that the same may be corrected in the order dated 26.11.2024, passed in the said Crl. Pet. No. 1424/2024. In view of above and also considering the fact that the mistake being typographical/inadvertent in nature, I hereby allow the present interlocutory application. Accordingly, the paragraph No. 2 of the order dated 26.11.2024, passed in the said Crl. Pet. No. 1424/2024, stands corrected to the extent indicated below: “This is an application u/s 528 of the BNSS, 2023 for setting aside and quashing of the order dated 27.05.2024 whereby the learned CJM, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati issued NBWA against the present accused-petitioner in PRC Case No. 282/2020.” This order shall be treated as a part of the order dated 26.11.2024, passed in the said Crl. Pet. No. 1424/2024. Page No.# 3/3 In terms of above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
