For the Respondent: None. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Petitioners-State seeks review of decision rendered on 07.03.2025 in Amit Khan versus State of H.P and others.2 The prayer made in the petition reads as under:- “It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that after calling the record of CWP No.3096/20205, the present Review Petition please be allowed and judgment dated 07.03.20205 passed in CWP No.3096/20205 in law may kindly be reviewed in the interest of justice.” 2. Since the Review Petition is barred by limitation, CMP(M) No. 2272/2025 has been moved for condoning the delay. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2CWP No.3096/2025, decided on 07.03.2025 alongwith connected matter. 2 3. Heard learned Additional Advocate General for the petitioners/applicants. 4. The decision rendered in Amit Khan2 directs the respondents (present petitioners/ State) to consider the case of the petitioner in light of Mohit Sharma and another versus State of H.P and others.3 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. The operative portion of the judgment reads as under:- “Having regard to above submissions but without examining the merits of the matters, these petitions are disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioner(s) in light of the aforesaid judgment and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioner(s).” Parameters laid down for reviewing the judgment in Amit Khan2 are not made out in the instant petition. Even the application seeking condonation of delay does not bear cogent reasons for condonoing the delay. Hence, the application as well as Review Petition are dismissed.
