It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner had purchased the schedule site from the respondent by virtue of proceedings in a public auction. When the petitioner sought for transfer of katha, it was discovered that the schedule site had already been sold to one Sri. K. V. Narasimhaiah on 10.08.2001 itself earlier to the auction proceedings. In light of the same, while the petitioner had made several representations seeking for alternative site, as there was no favourable response, present petition has been filed. 3. The representation at Annexure-G narrates the facts including that the petitioner had deposited the entirety of sital value of Rs.6,75,050/-. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:17137 WP No. 10120 of 2025 4. Taking note of the same, representation at Annexure-G to be considered and orders be passed within four weeks from today. Needless to state, in light of the peculiar facts of this case, question of rejecting the representation does not arise.
