Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Doranda P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 304(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri M.K. Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Ranchi. 3. On 09.01.2025 at about 03.15 pm, two unknown persons on motorcycle snatched the purse of the informant near Dibdih bridge, Doranda. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor he was put on test identification parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri M.K.
