Learned counsel for the petitioners, at this stage, while reserving the right to challenge the impugned order dated 01.11.2021 afresh after setting aside of the ex parte order dated 14.09.2022, seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court for filing a requisite application for setting aside the ex parte order (supra). 3. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Any application, if so filed, shall be considered sympathetically by the Trial Court in accordance with law.
