Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate Writ or
order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly respondent No.3 to 5 in not allotting the essential commodities to the F.P shop held by the petitioner at Shop No. 1125011 of Kanchennagaripalli, Kamalapuram Mandal, YSR (Kadapa) District, without there being any reason though the petitioner authorization is valid and subsisting is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 (1) (g) of the Constitution of India and also violative of Andhra Pradesh State Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order 2018 and principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner to hold F.P shop Dealership of Kanchennagaripalli, Shop No. 1125011 of Kamalapuram Mandal, YSR (Kadapa) District as usual and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Pleased to direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as F.P Shop Dealer and to supply essential commodities to the petitioner for Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No. 1125011 of Kanchennagaripalli, Kamalapuram Mandal, YSR (Kadapa) District as usual, pending disposal of the writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

The Court made the following order:
The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents No.3 to 5 in not allotting essential commodities to the petitioner’s Fair Price Shop No.1125011 of Kanchennagaripalli, Kamalapuram Mandal, YSR (Kadapa) District without initiating any action against the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the 4th respondent, by proceedings dated 18.06.2025, suspended the authorization of the petitioner pending enquiry. The copy of the said proceedings is placed on record.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that copy of the said proceedings are not furnished to the petitioner till today.
4. Having regard to the submission made by both the
learned counsel and in view of the subsequent events, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies is
directed to furnish a copy of the proceedings dated 18.06.2025 to the

petitioner and the petitioner is at liberty to question the said order, if she is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
