No.618 of 2025. 2. This case is registered for alleged offences under Sections 430 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The incident occurred on 29.01.2018. This is a case of one unit of sand theft. The accused is regularly attending the case. It is stated that the accused is first time offender. Considering the fact the accused is the first time offender and also he is attending the Court regularly, it is evident that any further proceedings would impinge upon his right to a speedy trial.
