Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 112(2), 317(2), 317(4), 318(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B)(C)(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Aditya, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka. 3. On 25.04.2025, Cyber Police Dumka, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals had assembled at a place near Dadhma Karbindha Dangal, Ramgarh, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner and other co-accused person. On search, three mobiles, one laptop and three SIM cards were recovered from possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that though complaint has been registered in the portal that mobile phones recovered from the petitioner were used in cyber-crime, but the police has not recorded the statement of the victim under Section 180 of the B.N.S.S. It was further submitted that no victim has been charge-sheeted in the case as witness. 5. Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tiwari, learned Spl. P.P. appearing for the State has submitted that the name of the victim has transpired in the complaint portal of the cyber office. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sri Aditya, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka, or his successor, in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
