The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order passed by this Court on VASANT KUMAR Digitally signed by VASANT KUMAR Date: 2025.02.25 11:16:49 +0530 2 14.06.2024 passed in Writ Petition (C) No.2602 of 2024 (Annexure C-1). 2. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the order dated 14.06.2024 passed in Writ Petition (C) No.2602 of 2024 has been complied with and the concerned contemnors have taken decision in petitioner’s case. 3. On perusal of the records, I have found that respondent No.1 filed reply along with affidavit and documents annexed as Annexure R-1 and respondent No.3 also filed reply with documents annexed with Annexure R-3. On perusal of the said documents, it reveals that the respondent authority had already taken decision of the application of the petitioner, therefore, respondents have complied with the order of this Court. Hence, this contempt proceedings filed against the respondents/contemnors is hereby closed. 4. In view of the above, no deliberate contempt is made out as the order passed by this Court has been complied with. Rule is discharged. 5. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of.
