NAGESWARA RAO V The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or direction declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not providing police protection to the petitioner as per the orders of the 3rd respondent in Roc B/36/2022 dt.15.6.2022 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 4th respondent to give police protection to the petitioner during the construction of the house in the house plot allotted by the 3rd respondent” 2 2. Heard Sri P.Gangarami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing of the present writ petition, a civil suit in O.S.No.208 of 2022, on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Pattur has been filed against the petitioner herein and others and obtained ad- interim injunction. Learned counsel would further submit that let there be a direction to the concerned authorities in the light of the subsequent development in the matter to consider the case of the petitioner and take appropriate decision over the matter. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. In view of the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Vedurukuppam in Roc.B./36/2022 dated15.6.2022, the respondent No.4 is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with governing Rules and Law. 6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
