The apprehension of the petitioner is that the Trial Court may pass an order for the release of the said gold articles to the applicant without affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such apprehension is unfounded, as the Trial Court is under an obligation to provide an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before passing any order regarding the release of the said gold articles in Crime No.95/2025 registered by - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:14022 CRL.P No. 4766 of 2025 Bellanduru Police Station.
