This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer for quashing of the FIR No.402/2021 registered at Police Station Deeg, District Bharatpur for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341 and 323 of IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submit the latest factual report dated 03.09.2025 and the same is taken on record. 3. As per the factual report, in pursuance of the investigation in the impugned FIR, charge-sheet for the offences punishable under [2025:RJ-JP:35494] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-4996/2021] Sections 341 and 323 of IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has already been submitted against the petitioner in the concerned Court, therefore, this criminal miscellaneous petition has become infructuous. 4. In view of the aforesaid, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 5. Stay application and any other pending applications also stand disposed of.
